These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and mms49 ("mms49", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at mms49.app. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mms49 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one mms49 account. If mms49 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different personal details — all accounts associated with that player will be suspended. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be confiscated, and any winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided. mms49 uses a combination of technical and manual procedures to detect and prevent multi-accounting.

Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. If mms49 identifies a deposit originating from an account not belonging to the registered player, the deposit will be reversed, and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your mms49 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider — typically within seconds for mobile wallet deposits.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by the mms49 payments team during operational hours. Players must verify their account (by completing identity verification if requested) before their first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the mms49 account.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 via mobile wallet.

mms49 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus principles set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Principles

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's terms. For example, a bonus carrying a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means the player must wager a total of ৳30,000 before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

Abuse and Fraud Prevention

mms49 monitors all account activity for signs of bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to cover all outcomes (arbitrage), systematically exploiting low-risk betting patterns solely to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — all constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited. mms49 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

By using the mms49 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the standards and restrictions set out in this section. Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to appropriate authorities where relevant.

You Agree To:

• Use the mms49 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at all times.
• Comply with all reasonable requests from mms49 support or the compliance team, including requests for identity verification documentation.
• Immediately notify mms49 if you become aware of any error in a game outcome, payment amount, or bonus credit that appears to be in your favour but which you know or suspect to be incorrect.
• Use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if you feel your gambling is becoming harmful.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mms49 platform:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with any part of the mms49 platform, including its games, random number generators, or payment systems.
• Using the platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any illegal activity.

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.

mms49 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, particularly in circumstances where a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected. The following circumstances may result in account action:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• A deposit chargeback is filed by the player or their payment provider.
• The player is identified as being under 18 years of age.
• The player has applied for self-exclusion (voluntary closure).
• mms49 is required to close the account by law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the voluntary closure of their mms49 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon receiving a voluntary closure request, mms49 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds to the player's registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

mms49 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the mms49 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered through it.
• Any error, inaccuracy, or omission in game outcomes, odds, or payout calculations resulting from a technical fault, provided mms49 takes reasonable steps to correct the error upon discovery.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, or any other event outside mms49's reasonable control.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the mms49 platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting the mms49 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. mms49 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. The support team will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
